4 oz gin
1.5 oz vodka
1 oz Kina Lillet dry vermouth (or your favorite)
1 small lump dry ice
Lemon peel garnish
Add ingredients to a shaker full of ice. Shake 12 times… lest you bruise the elixir.
Strain into a martini glass.
Twist a strand of lemon peel over the drink, rub and hang from the rim.
Drop in a small lump of dry ice for the “vapor” of the Vesper.
