Gracie is a professional chef who delights in preparing gourmet meals for private gatherings, large or small, where her specialties range from cute and sexy to haute cuisine. Born and raised in the Marina District of San Francisco, Gracie developed a palate for a plethora of cultural cuisines and cross-fusion delicacies. To experience Gracie’s lust for life and food, in and out of the kitchen, is to experience a meteoric love of the human spirit. There is no quenching her vivacity for sharing her “joie de virve” with others.
Glen was born and raised in the bucolic wine country of northern California. A global traveler, Glen has experienced the cultures and cuisines of every continent, and in doing so, returns each time with new discoveries of flavors, spices, preparations, and yes… wonderful libations. As a California vineyard owner and sous chef, his and Gracie’s collaborations push the envelope in culinary fun.
