1 tsp chopped green onion
3 ripe avocados

Combine lemon juice, lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, rice wine vinegar, and
mayo in a bowl and whisk to create emulsion. Set aside.

 Set one avocado aside.  Cut Ahi into 1/4 inch cubes and toss with 1 tbsp lemon juice
and 2 tbsp sesame oil, salt and pepper.  Cut avocados into 1/4” cubes and gently toss
with scant rice wine vinegar, salt and pepper.  Chop mangos and set aside. Stack in a
clean 6 oz tomato can with both ends removed; Save one end to use for pushing. Ahi on
bottom, avocado, crab, and mango.  Gently compress mixture in can.  Chill up to 1

“turgid tower” through the can onto a clean plate. Slice the narrow end of the avocado
to form the “crown” of your tower (think phallic).  Drizzle dressing over tower for
visual effect and flavor.  Optional: Compliment with your favorite caviar.  Serve
with toasted crostini. Voila! Edible erection.
